Follow our Term deadlines to give you maximum value with production, time to consider options, pre-production samples for quality assurance and allowing us to allocate workload. Note if Term 1 jobs aren't scheduled for delivery before end of January, there may be additional delays as China stops production for the New Year.

After receiving your brief, we will provide quote for acceptance with Cost Code. We will then move to artwork and approvals before carrying out pre-production sampling. Final production will be scheduled to meet your stated location and delivery deadlines.
Details required for brief:
- Deadline and location for deliveries
- Quantity of each item
- What the intention is with the promotional material e.g. what do you, the stakeholder wish to achieve at a minimum
- When adding additional text, think of the most concise way you can express your intention (less words, larger type, more flexibility)
- Whether you need/prefer colour decoration (e.g. single colour, two-colour, full-colour)
- Additional artwork or co-branding requirements (note all external artwork must be supplied in .eps/.ai format) along with relevant 3rd party branding guidelines and colour requirements (normally expressed as coated pantone matches)
