Where is my invoice?
Invoices are attached to the front of each parcel dispatched and double as addressing.
A service fee may be charged for invoice reprint requests.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched from our Rockhampton store.
Handling times ( excludes delivery time ):
Normal: 1-2 business days
Start-of-term rush: 7-10 days
To avoid the Start-of-term rush, order early (hint: check our site for incentives!)
I've received my order but you've left out some books!
Check your invoice - if it has "Reserved for You - Will be dispatched upon arrival" stamped on it you have items on backorder. The good news is that copies are reserved under your name, and as soon as they arrive they'll be sent to you (and we'll cover any additional expense). Some textbooks sell out very quickly, so bear with us, as soon as the item comes in you'll get it.
