Originally named to link the publication to the Tropic of Capricorn, Idiom23 is an annual publication dedicated to encouraging writers in Central Queensland and throughout Australia.
Issue 26 offers a wide variety of forms and diverse topical themes. From poetry (Flo Bridger, Mark Tucker, and Martin Jon Porter), fiction (Tom Andrews, Curtis Clarke, Tom Andrews, Julie Davies, Lynette Pope, Susan Bissett, and Jane Downing), and creative non-fiction (Kaye Clark and Linda Nebesky), to creative pieces by current CQUni students (undergraduates, Motiata Hooper and Donald Richardson), and submissions from interstate writers (Ross Jackson and Lesley Porter), and internationally (Jack Aylward)
