Just how 'anonymous' is my feedback?

We aren't tracking, recording, storing or using any personal data from your reply unless you choose to write it there yourself. If you feel adding this will give more weight to your input - or if you want to give us details because you want a specific question answered, that's fine - we undertake not to redistribute that part of your reply. In other words, we'll treat your feedback respectfully and not misuse it.

So just how will you use my feedback?

Your input will be used to improve our customer service so we can better suit your needs. The Bookshop relies on the goodwill of customers in helping us complete feedback and surveys to fulfil our Quality Assurance obligations.

Are you actually going to read my response or am I just wasting my time?

We undertake to personally read every response and (where possible) improve our service. And if you have a serious beef with us, we'll bump your response up to management so they are aware of it. If you want to know what we're going to do about it, just ask!

There's nothing to say - everything works just great.
